Hi, I'm Christine

...and I'm on a mission to help you find your path to meditation through activity. I live and breathe dynamic movement through my passion for yoga, longboarding & skateboarding, riding my bike and all sorts of outdoor adventures, preferrably somewhere in the mountains!

Just keep moving

The life-changing physical, mental, and spiritual outcomes of movement and exercise, particularly surrounded by the great outdoors, fascinate me. I spend as much time outside as possible, and take my yoga practice to London's green spaces whenever I can.

Thriving on pushing my own limits, I’m always striving to improve and learn so I can help and encourage others to feel the amazing connection between the mind and the body that is inherent in all of us.

I aim to live a compassionate lifestyle and believe we all have a responsibility to do our bit to help preserve the natural resources of our planet, so future generations get to enjoy the outdoors just as much as we do!

Meditate through activity

Yoga isn’t a purely physical practice and my goal is to help my students forge a strong body & mind, one breath at a time. My aim is to help you discover the many benefits, both physical and mental, of a regular yoga practice. With a hands-on approach, I will guide and assist you, placing special emphasis on correct alignment. You’ll learn how to breathe mindfully and use this to your advantage as you move through the postures, while gradually developing a mindfulness toolkit that will help you deal with whatever life decides to throw at you.

I have a particular interest in sequencing yoga classes to complement other sports - whether you're a CrossFitter, weightlifter, general gym fiend, runner, cyclist, surfer, snowboarder or climber - a regular yoga practice will not only make you more flexible, prevent injuries and improve recovery, but also help you up your mental game in preparation for your next competition, match, marathon or spontaneous outdoor adventure.

come as you are

My classes are suitable for all levels - yogis come in all shapes and sizes, and I am here to support and further guide you no matter where you're currently at in your practice. All I ask is for you to bring an open mind, be willing to stretch those often underused and tired muscles, take a deep breath or five, and be kind to yourself. You’ll learn that you’re stronger and more pliable than you think and it won't be long before you'll start noticing the benefits of a regular yoga practice seep into other areas of your life.
